The Beyonder is an interdimensional alien who stays outside the Multiverse, who was first introduced by James Shooter and Mike Zeck as a part of the 1984 fan-favourite arch “Secret Wars.” As a result, he is not constrained by the laws of Marvel’s primary reality, in contrast to the Living Tribunal.
The Beyonder has the power to change the laws of physics, move a whole planet, and even end the cosmos with a single thought. Because of this, the Beyonder was portrayed in Marvel Comics as the superhuman entity with the most power ever. Since the Beyonder was simply too powerful to give any hero or villain a chance in battle, his abilities were retconned and diminished over time.
