This plot is an ideally placed ground for constructing a giant advertisement tv screens (please imagine large tv screens on an open space ) in a perfect location with the three -phase elctricity installed in the house that is placed on the bigger part of the land. The size of the land is 3100 square meters altogether (2700 m2 + 400 m2 on the other side of the A4 ). My land is placed by the very busy, exit road from Cracov, route no. 780 (close to the “Obwodnica Bielany” roundabout – Ring Road – see the map enclosed ).
My land is beeing placed in southern Poland, in Cracov – Bielany district and includes as well a brick house to be renovated, three-phase electricity, 2 wells, septic tank without sewerage and a mini forest with trees. Please note, it is completely legal to cut trees in Poland !
The ground is longitudinal in shape, starting from the roundabout “Obwodnica Bielany” and it goes up to the A4 road embankment. The land is divided in two
parts: 2700 m2 ( main part with the house ) + 400 m2 on the other side of the A4, which allows to install an aditional , small tv screen for the traffic driving in opposite direction ! The eastern side of the land is also perpendicular to the main, exit road from town – route no. 780 ( see the map ). This means, that there is possibility to set big advertisement tv billboards on all three sides of very busy routes ! Next to my land, from the southern side, there are several smaller, empty plots of land from a few different owners in the closest vicinity, so most probably these owners will never be able to sell their small pieces of land to anyobody ever (perfect for future business expansion!). The price for the whole lot of circa 3100 m2 ( 2700 m2 + 400 m2 ) is € 2 000,000. I enclosed the exact location on the Google map, where recently Grodex company opened its spot – next to me – from the northern side, at the road No. 780.
