Description:

STC is a Manufacturer and Exporter of Carbide Hob Cutterswhich can be used in a shell or shank design to cut gears with or withoutcoolant. We have installed dedicated machines for Solid Carbide Hobs in Class“AAA” accuracy and with modules ranging from 0.15 modules to 3 modules. SolidCarbide material gives good production as well as cutting high Rockwellhardness components. These hobs are made to cut Small micro pitches.

Three different Solid Carbide types are employed for Hobs:grade "K" grade "P" and "G". All these grades aresupplied by STC. Each Grade has different compositions depending on its finalapplication.
