I have a Master’s degree in Yoga from the National Institute of Yoga, India. I have 7 years of experience in teaching yoga to basic & advanced practitioners, all across the world.

Private coaching is the best way to master your yoga skills, focus on individual needs and improve skills. My sessions are suitable for everyone irrespective of their current knowledge.

Beginners and experienced practitioners will benefit equally. In the beginning we will discuss customization as per your needs : weight loss, strength training, mindfulness meditation, cardio-vascular endurance, pre and post natal, core or functional training. The One-On-One class will be conducted online on zoom. I will send you the zoom link which you can just click and join the session.

You will need yoga mats, and distraction free time. I have an incredible zeal to transform more lives and empower individuals with the strength of Yoga. I understand the complex nuances of physical movements as well as breathing patterns in accordance with their impact on the human form and I use my knowledge and experience to help you master the form and attain absolute health. The Class timings can be as per your convenience.

The fee will be $ 250/Month for 3 classes in a week, (total of 12 classes in a month) as per mutual schedule. The schedule can be flexible and classes can be adjusted as per your availability.
