Originally a rubble pit small yard with rotten fences. A complete revamp was carried out by excavating the land and building new timber boundary fences with 400 high retaining underneath and an access gate.
Courtyard was then levelled, sloped towards drains and paved with pavers supplied by the client on compacted crusher dust with concrete edging.
