Shipping Policy

As part of our long term aspiration to benefit our customers, we are offering FREE Standard Delivery (Free Postage and Packaging) on all orders to anywhere in the United Kingdom irrespective of the number of parcels in that single order.

This privilege is our Standard Delivery Service which is 3 – 5 working days from dispatch. However, delivery may take a little longer during unexpectedly busy periods and sale time.  Also, delivery to remote postal areas of United Kingdom e.g. Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands may be longer than 5 working days.

However, if you are interested in using our premium express delivery service which cost £8.99 for next working day delivery, then you would have to ensure that we receive your completed order before 1pm Monday through Thursday (excluding public and bank holidays).
This service may be unavailable to certain postcodes in the UK but if this is the case, we will attempt to advise you when you place your order.
This service does not apply to products under Evening Dress, Prom, Special Occasion Suit, Axfords Corset, and Denim Jeans Set.
Please be aware that post and packaging cost of these products can be substantial which we absorbs by giving you free or heavily subsidized shipping incentive but would have to reimburse us in any case of returns/exchange.

At the present time, we are offering a subsidized Flat Rate Shipping Charges for all International orders which is currently set at £10.00 the delivery of which may take up to 10 working days depending on the destination country. We would endeavour to advise you about the approximate time in which to expect the delivery of your items.
Please note that you would be responsible for the payment of Customs Charges, Import Duty, VAT, or other clearance fee (where applicable) in compliance with your country’s regulations.
We are not able to predict what the cost may be as it varies from country to country.

All special/recorded deliveries would require signature.
All re-delivery requests must be made to the courier direct by following printed instructions on the card left for you indicating their intent to deliver your goods.
Please beware that we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for your parcel(s) once they have been signed for at the delivery address you have provided us at the time of placing the order.

All goods are sent in good condition however if any item is found to be damaged, faulty or wrong item, please inform us first by email quoting your order number and details of your query.
We would then arrange for it to be return to us for exchange or refund. Please see our returns policy for more details.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the rights to make changes to our shipping policy without prior notice.
